Edinburgh, Scotland September 2021
In September 2021, I had to travel to Edinburgh, Scotland for a business meeting. We went a day early to get rested and got to do some sightseeing.
I have been to Edinburgh twice before so knew my way around a little bit. The weather was great, food was great, pubs were great and we learned a lot about Scotch Whiskey for the 5 different regions of Scotland.

We were in Scotland during COVID. Had to take COVID test no earlier than 72 hours before getting on plane to fly to UK. Had to take another test within 2 days of arriving in UK and had to take test no earlier than 72 hours before getting on plane back to US.
