In April of 2010, Larry Rexford, Ken and I returned to Taiwan. I did not think we would be back so soon. We met up
with some L-3 guys to work another program with CSIST - Brian Stelly and John Payne. We stayed for a week again
but did not spend any sightseeing days. We worked in Taipei and in Longtan, working again with Saikal and Tai-e.

We drove to the city of Longtan and stopped at a light. I
looked over and thought I saw a man standing at a urinal. I
