On our second full day in La Fortuna, we had a very busy schedule that included hiking through the rain forest,
hiking to the bottom of a tall waterfall that was 480 steps down (easy) and 480 steps up (pretty tough). We had
a tour guide named Tony from Rainforest Explorers who took us around all day long. He is in pretty good shape
to do the same trek every day. He was a licenced Costa Rican tour guide with a degree in Eco-Tourism and he
knew his animals and plants. After hiking all morning, we were taken to eat a good typical Costa Rican lunch,
saw how sugar cane was processed and had some high proof rum made with that sugar cane.
